Concept 2 - Development - Mycelium growing

The results of our mycelium growing are shown below, along with the ratios of sawdust to coffee grinds. We decided to use coffee grinds in combination with the sawdust to test whether we could help to manage some of the waste of the Tussock group, by reusing the grinds and seeing if they helped with the mycelium growth.

We were unable to just grow mycelium as the mixtures also supported mould growth, however these sample proved that the mixtures can grow fungi.
